1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Memory Flip, MinesGlow mobile application's ("App", "Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Virdhi ("Developer", "we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not download or use the App.

2. Description of the Application

Memory Flip is a card memory game, MINESGLOW board game, designed for entertainment and cognitive engagement. The App is available on the Android platform via the Google Play Store. Once installed, the App operates entirely offline and does not require an active internet connection to function.

3. License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes on a compatible Android device that you own or control.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App;
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App;
  • Use the App for any commercial purpose without prior written permission from the Developer;
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the App.

4. Intellectual Property

All content within Memory Flip, MINESGLOW, including but not limited to graphics, design elements, game logic, sounds, and text, is the intellectual property of Virdhi and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to the Developer's intellectual property other than the limited license described above.

5. Offline Functionality

Memory Flip, MINESGLOW are designed to function fully without an internet connection. The App does not require network access for any of its core features. Any features or updates that may require internet access in the future will be clearly communicated to you prior to such changes taking effect.

6. No Account Required

Memory Flip, MINESGLOW do not require the creation of a user account. You may use the App immediately upon installation without registering or providing any personal information.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Developer does not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. Your use of the App is at your sole risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the App, even if the Developer has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Children's Use

Memory Flip, MINESGLOW, are suitable for users of all ages, including children. Since the App does not collect any personal data and operates fully offline, it is safe for use by children. Parents and guardians are nonetheless encouraged to supervise their children's device usage.

10. Changes to Terms

The Developer reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted within the App or on the Google Play Store listing. Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The effective date at the top of this document will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

11. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. The Developer reserves the right to discontinue the App or modify its features at any time without notice.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

NOTE: Memory Flip, MINESGLOW, does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data from its users. The App works entirely offline on your device. No information about you or your device is ever sent to the Developer or any third party.

1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how Virdhi ("Developer", "we", "us", "our") handles information in connection with the Memory Flip mobile application ("App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy applies to all users of the App on the Android platform.
By installing and using Memory Flip, MINESGLOW, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
2. Information We Do Not Collect
Memory Flip, MINESGLOW,  does not collect any data from users. Specifically, we do not collect:
  • Personal identification information (name, email address, phone number, etc.);
  • Device identifiers (IMEI, advertising ID, device serial number, etc.);
  • Location data (GPS, IP-based, or otherwise);
  • Usage data or analytics (game scores, session durations, in-app behaviour);
  • Technical data (device model, operating system version, crash logs);
  • Financial information of any kind;
  • Contact lists, camera, microphone, or any other sensitive device data.
3. No Internet Connection Required
Memory Flip, MINESGLOW, operate entirely offline. Once installed on your device, the App does not connect  to the internet, does not communicate with any servers, and does not transmit any data over any network. All  game data (such as local progress, if any) remains stored solely on your device and is never shared externally.
4. No Third-Party Services
Memory Flip, MINESGLOW, does not integrate any third-party services, including but not limited to:
  • Analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Firebase);
  • Advertising networks;
  • Social media integrations;
  • Cloud storage services;
  • Crash reporting tools.
As a result, no data is shared with any third party at any time.
5. Permissions
Memory Flip, MINESGLOW requests only the minimum permissions necessary to function on your Android   device. The App does not request access to sensitive permissions such as location, contacts, camera, microphone, or storage beyond what is required for basic app installation and operation. Any permissions requested are solely to support core gameplay functionality.
6. Children's Privacy
Memory Flip, MINESGLOW, is suitable for users of all ages. Because the App does not collect any personal information whatsoever, it is fully compliant with children's privacy principles, including those outlined under applicable laws such as the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar regulations. Parents and guardians can allow their children to use this App with confidence that no data is being collected or transmitted.
7. Data Security
Since Memory Flip, MINESGLOW, does not collect, store, or transmit any user data, there is no user data at risk. Any information generated during gameplay (such as scores or progress) exists only locally on your device and is subject to your own device's security settings.
8. Your Rights
As no personal data is collected by the Developer, there is no personal data to access, correct, delete, or port. However, if you believe the App has collected data about you in a way not described in this Privacy Policy, please contact us immediately so we can investigate and address your concern.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
The Developer may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, particularly if the App's data practices change in the future. Any changes will be reflected in an updated Privacy Policy, which will be made available on the App's Google Play Store listing. The effective date at the top of this document will be updated accordingly. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
If, in the future, we introduce features that involve data collection, we will seek your explicit consent prior to collecting any data and update this Privacy Policy accordingly.
